Quasar Platform ("Quasar", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

Such outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance only.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any decisions or actions based on AI-generated content.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any data, documents, materials, or content uploaded to the Platform ("User Content").
You grant Quasar a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use such content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

● Upload malicious software or harmful code
● Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
● Interfere with Platform security or operations
● Infringe intellectual property rights

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and technology associated with the Platform remain the property of Quasar or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform.
9. Availability

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quasar disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quasar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities arising from the use of the Platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
● You violate these Terms
● We are required to do so by law
● Continued access poses a security or operational risk
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
